1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SomPay QR application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

SomPay QR provides a utility for generating and scanning Quick Response (QR) codes that format payment instructions. SomPay QR is not a bank, mobile money provider, or payment gateway. The App strictly formats data to be sent to your existing mobile network operator via USSD.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Because SomPay QR does not process or hold funds, we are not liable for any lost, misrouted, or failed transactions. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the merchant name, amount, and provider before authorizing any USSD transaction on their device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate fraudulent or deceptive payment requests.
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
